HELPING UKRAINE

St. Matthew Lutheran Parish is helping Ukrainian people who fled from their country because of the war.

There are 23 people from Ukraine in the parish house right now (6 families). We are waiting for a mother and a child to arrive soon.

Thank you for your help and involvement you share with us. Thanks to your payments we could have done necessary shopping so our guests would feel a little bit like home. We bought six beds, washing machines, a fridge, vacuum cleaners, irons, hairdryers, boiling pots. As for now, thanks to your gifts, clothes and other necessary items, our guests are equipped. However, it is our responsibility to pay all the costs of living which are still increasing. Therefore, if you are willing to help us, we will be very grateful for all your offerings.
